Ingredients:
| 3 lb | Mexican Velveeta, cubed |
| 1× 8 oz pkg | Cream Cheese, cubed |
| 1 | Small Can Green Chilies |
| 1 pkg | Taco Seasoning |
| 1 lb | Hamburger, browned and drained |
| ½ lb | Chorizo, finely chopped, browned and drained |
| 1 | Small Can Chopped Tomatoes With Juice |
| 1 | Small Onion, chopped |
| 1 clove | Garlic, chopped |
| 1 | Handful Cilantro, chopped |
| 1 cup | Garlic Pita Chips, crushed |
Directions:
In a crock-pot, melt cheeses and add chilies. Meanwhile brown hamburger and chorizo and add to melted cheese. Add rest of ingredients to cheese and meat mixture, except chips. Add chips about 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers, veggies or chips.
