Sirloin steak is marinated, sliced thin and grilled until tender. Serve in flour tortillas with cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and onion.
Place steak strips in a gallon size sealable bag. Shake all marinade ingredients together in a jar. Pour over steak strips. Seal and refrigerate 2-4 hours, turning often.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill to medium high heat. Drain marinade from bag and discard. Grill steak strips 3-4 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Cover and keep warm. Lightly grill tortillas 10-15 seconds on each side. Immediately assemble tacos by spreading about 1 tablespoon sour cream down center of each tortilla. Add 2-3 sirloin strips to each. Add tomatoes, lettuce, green onions and cheese as desired. Roll up and serve immediately.

These are great for an outdoor meal when entertaining guests. Everyone assembles their own.
