|24 oz||Sour Cream|
|2 cups||Mexican Shredded Cheese|
|1½||Small Packages Dry Taco Seasoning|
|2||Grilled Chicken Breasts, diced, or 10 oz. canned chicken|
|½ cup||Fried Onions|
|⅓ cup||Chopped Sun-dried Tomatoes|
|3||Green Onions, chopped|
Combine sour cream, cheese, taco seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes and chicken in a medium to large bowl. Gently fold in fried onions after other ingredients are well combined. Top with a layer of fresh green onions.
If you don't care for sun-dried tomatoes, and prefer fresh, it would be better to substitute well drained, chopped tomatoes on top of the layer of green onions, rather than mixing into the dip.
