Ingredients:
| 24 oz | Sour Cream |
| 2 cups | Mexican Shredded Cheese |
| 1½ | Small Packages Dry Taco Seasoning |
| 2 | Grilled Chicken Breasts, diced, or 10 oz. canned chicken |
| ½ cup | Fried Onions |
| ⅓ cup | Chopped Sun-dried Tomatoes |
| 3 | Green Onions, chopped |
Directions:
Combine sour cream, cheese, taco seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes and chicken in a medium to large bowl. Gently fold in fried onions after other ingredients are well combined. Top with a layer of fresh green onions.
Helpful Tips:
If you don't care for sun-dried tomatoes, and prefer fresh, it would be better to substitute well drained, chopped tomatoes on top of the layer of green onions, rather than mixing into the dip.
