Mexican Taco Pizza

Refried beans and taco flavored ground beef serve as the base for this Mexican pizza--then top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
Ingredients
- Prepared pizza crust
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1 package shredded 4 cheese Mexican
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 large jar salsa
- 1 container sour cream

Method
Brown ground beef and drain. Add chopped onion, refried beans, taco seasoning, then heat and stir until well blended. Put ground beef mixture on pizza crust, spread until crust is covered, only leaving about 1/2 inch around edges. Add the following to the top of the ground beef mixture: first tomatoes, next lettuce, black olives, and then cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with salsa and sour cream right before eating.
