Mexican Scrambled Eggs

This scrambled egg mixture also contains drained Rotel tomatoes, chilies, fresh tomato, ham and two kinds of cheeses.
Ingredients
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 2 slices of ham (tear or chop into small pieces)
- 1 1/2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon of minced dried onion
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 small tomato, chopped into small pieces
- Slice of pepper-jack cheese, torn
- 2 Tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese
- Dash of salt and pepper

Method
Mix all ingrediants in a large bowl, pour into a skillet; cook and scramble until eggs are just set.
Notes: If desired, use small chopped onion instead of minced dried onion.
