Guacamole Authentico

Everyone loves a great guacamole, you will be the life of the party with this recipe. Follow the directions and be prepared to serve a tasty snack.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
- 1/2 1 tsp ground oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Use a mortar and pestle, preferably one made from volcanic rough stone. Cut lime in quarters, and rub one quarter all over mortar. Repeat with garlic clove. Rub pepper and cilantro in. Squish avocados in, and smash in tomatoes to the mixture. Squeeze lime over top and add oregano, salt and pepper.
