This is an update version of tacos that swaps out the classic ground beef for some sizzling steak. Stuff the tortilla shells with the steak and other ingredients to have one tasty meal.

Ingredients:

½ Red Onion, diced
¼ cup Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 head Romaine Lettuce
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
¼ Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1¼ lb Sirloin Steak
12 Corn Tortillas
½ cup Fresh Cilantro

Directions:

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and preheat over a medium-high heat. In a small bowl, stir together the chili powder, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and cayenne pepper. Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the steak. Place into skillet and broil steaks for 5 minutes per side, turning once, for medium rare or more to your desired taste. Toss in the onions to simmer with the steak until tender, about 5 minutes. Pour lime juice over meat and let it soak in for about a minute or 2. Remove meat and cut into chunks. Stuff tortilla shells with the meat, cooked onion, fresh cilantro, and lettuce. Serve.
