Enchilada Style Lasagna

This recipe gives you a new way to enjoy your favorite enchiladas. Served family style, you will make everyone's stomach happy.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground chuck
- 2 cans original Rotel
- 1 can Italian harvest Rotel
- 1 can bold Italian Rotel
- 2 cans ranch style beans (1 can with jalapenos if desired)
- 1 bag large flour tortillas
- 1 8 oz fancy shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
Brown ground chuck, drain and add all Rotel ingredients along with beans and bring to a boil over a medium heat. Spray an oblong baking dish with a nonstick spray, fill and roll tortillas with the mixture putting the flap side down on bottom of dish. Add remaining juices to casserole and sprinkle with bag of cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
