Chicken Tortilla Bake

A creamy mixture of chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chilies and cheese is spooned onto tortillas, rolled up and baked.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 16-oz container sour cream
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 3 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack-cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg tortillas

Method

Mix together first 3 ingredients; stir in chicken and about half of the cheese. Fill tortilla with mixture, roll and place in a 9x13" dish or baking pan. Sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake, loosely covered, at 350 degrees, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.

 

Notes: I have topped with black olives, and also used different cheeses.
