Chef Shawn's Hawaiian Salsa

Use this fresh salsa to top fish or chicken. This is also the perfect addition to some salty chips.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple, medium dice
  • 1 cup oranges, medium dice
  • 2 tbsp jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 tsp mint, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red bell pepper, small dice
 
Method

Combine all ingredients and place into container. Allow 1 hour for mixture to marinate before serving.
