Chef Shawn's Hawaiian Salsa

Use this fresh salsa to top fish or chicken. This is also the perfect addition to some salty chips.
Ingredients
- 3 cups pineapple, medium dice
- 1 cup oranges, medium dice
- 2 tbsp jalapenos
- 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
- 3 tsp kosher salt
- 4 tsp mint, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp red bell pepper, small dice

Combine all ingredients and place into container. Allow 1 hour for mixture to marinate before serving.
