Breakfast Tacos

Scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon and shredded taco-blend cheeses fill flour tortillas to make these breakfast tacos.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 6 precooked bacon slices, crumbled into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup shredded taco-blend cheeses

Method

In a medium size bowl, mix together eggs and milk. Scramble eggs over medium heat in a small skillet. Heat tortillas as directed on package. Spoon warm eggs onto each tortilla. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Fold in edges or roll the tortilla.
