|Beef or Chicken Breast, uncooked|
|1 cup||White Rice|
|1 can||(la Pato) Tomato Sauce|
|Cumin, to taste|
Slice chicken or beef into small strips. Place 1-2 teaspoons oil in a frying pan. Place chicken or beef in pan and cook. Add white rice to pan and cook until lightly browned. Mix tomato sauce with enough water to measure 2 cups. Add to rice along with desired veggies and cumin. Bring to boiling on high heat, then simmer about 15-20 minutes, until rice is done.
